The Concessionaire is a second-wave 4G Private Public Partnership that consists of the design, financing, construction, improvement, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the corridor Rumichaca-Pasto, located in the Nariño province of Colombia, near the border with Ecuador.The Project involves the conversion of ~83km of Route 25 into a dual carriageway (with 25km alternative alignment for part of the route) and the required O&M activities. The Project also includes the construction of seven bridges with a total length of approximately 1,670m; and two toll stations, one newly built and one existing toll station, El Placer. The Project is under construction and as of October 2021, it is 94.51% complete.It is expected to reach COD by May 2022.
