Financing the acquisition of Outremer Tower by Phoenix Tower International, a portfolio company of Blackstone, and the setting up of an additional capex line. Outremer Tower is an Outremer Telecom subsidiary, a subsidiary of Altice, which owns or leases, operates and manages approximately 203 telecommunications towers across French West Indies (Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guyana).
